At CI, we're invested in your success from day one. We offer a competitive base salary ($56,000 - $80,000+) with the potential to earn an additional $24,000 through productivity. Our base productivity target is a very manageable 55%, translating to just 22 client treatment hours per week. This is a notably lower expectation compared to the often higher productivity pressures in other settings, providing you with unparalleled flexibility to determine your caseload size and prioritize your work-life balance in your professional practice. And for those driven to excel and increase their income, our transparent productivity compensation system rewards higher productivity with substantial additional earnings.
